On a quest to determine oyster cooking accommodations at Marvin park, we decided we needed a little Q break. Luckily on the way, we semi-stumbled upon the Improper Pig. I seem to remember this place way back when an establishment of this same name was in the Cotswold area. It had some funky Q that was Asian-oriented. Not bad, but not what I was used to, and I did not bother to log it. Anyway, I’m glad I gave this place another whirl since, along with their location change, their food format was more up my alley and accommodating to the ole taste buds. Opted for pulled pork/slaw sandwich with collards and vinegar Q sauce on both. Washed it all down with some 1/2&1/2. What a delight. I shall be back again!!!
