Always like going to Mac’s. Nice biker theme with all the crafts that you can think of and then some. Several different locations, but the one visited was in Steele Creek in Charlotte. Barbecue is always delicious although with a good amount of Texas bent style and spices. This day I had the Little Pig pulled pork sandwich with some tea. Washed it down with some southern style half and half tea. Then I ate half of the wife’s sandwich, so I sure didn’t leave hungry. Had to go walk it off afterward at the new outdoor mall that is close by. If you headed out mall hopping my suggestion is you either stop here before or afterward for some good eating. (As a special note I hear the brisket is to die for, but had to get the pork for this posting since we tend to lean in that direction, but I will be getting that next for sure!)
