As things would have it my team minus me (injured) was playing in the state league tennis finals in Greensboro. I woke up Saturday morning and decided to make the ride to see the match 2:00pm. Anyway, putting two and two together I realized I could perhaps visit a Lexington Q place that I had never been. Hey what could be more fun? Anyway I targeted several, but decided on Back Country. I soon found out it is right slap in the thick of Lexington style barbecue country of good eating. And wow, just like some of its brethren and nearby competitors, it has some good eating. Had the usual fare, finely chopped sandwich, puppies and tea. All delicious and tasty as might be expected. Not much else I can say except terrific. Which puts it’s in the best in Q category. However, it was only 11:50 and I was still little hungry. So instead of ordering a little dessert or something I decided to head to another Q place for further tasting!……Anyway, please see next post for a further update.
