Mama Ricotta’s has been a backbone of Italian food in Charlotte for the past twenty or so years. If we have a celebration it is often that this is the restaurant of choice. It’s casual and family atmosphere make unwinding a pleasure onto itself. On most occasions, I start out with a few Peroni’s accompanied by Bruschetta or Calamari. A salad follow and then of course my mainstay of Lasagna. All very good and all very tasty. Never any room for desert. It is currently my local Italian restaurant of choice and perhaps I will see you there real soon!
