Wow is this deja vu or what. Another nouveau barbecue restaurant showing up in ole Shallotte. You would think that the democratic convention was coming to town. Do tell! In any extent all this works out for me. The more good Q the better. Much like the others they have the new trend of Carolina/Texas type of pulled pork and craft beers. This mixing of a bar with the barbecue is starting to grow on me except for the prices of course.
I had the pulled pork sandwich with collards and rings as some sides. Washed it down with some good half and half tea. If it was closer to evening and I would have had washed it down with a few brews. All of the entire fare was quite good and would recommend to one and all. So when you ya’ll Demmies come to the Queen City this August, no doubt this is the place to get some good Q and accomplish some that ole time political bidness!
