The Blue Marlin is a perennial favorite of mine for business lunches and dinners. It is a little more formal than some of the other locales in Columbia’s Vista section without being too stuffy. Tables are spaced far enough away to allow for those esoteric conversations. Although a chain the food is quite good. As we know I am not much a seafood eater, but I am partial to their Charleston crab cakes, be it lunch or dinner. One cake is served with collards and red rice for lunch. Dinner provides two cakes with sides of potatoes and green beans, but I generally have a sub of collards and grits. Both lunch and dinner provide a good down home low country fare. See you there soon!
