Interesting hole in the wall cue joint serving up satisfying barbecue and other fixins. Like most good barbecue places in SC this one was buffet style and reminded me of serving off the stove and counter at a reunion. Even had plastic utensils to boot! The pork is pulled in long strings and is vinegar and pepper style. I would say more along the lines of NC eastern style, but not quite. Also, had the rest of the sides of hash, okra and tomatoes, puppies, fried chicken, and sweet tea. Really liked the sauce too. Could hardly make it to the beach without dozing off. Hope to return on my next run to Pawley’s.
