After riding the Augusta trail and taking a much-needed nod, I headed to Lexington to visit MG. For our get-together, I picked up some barbecue, and I’m glad I did. Along with a few cold ones, we dug into some mighty nice generously laden pulled pork sandwiches with all the fixings. He chose the South Carolina gold sauce, while I went with slaw and a mix of vinegar and sweet sauce. On the side, we had a mess of okra and some chips. Nothing could be finer than to dine in Carolina morning!!!
