My visit to Noble Smoke was not much about anticipated speculation of the eats that was my usual concern. I have had some of their offerings at parties where the hosts have done takeout. So, I knew in advance that it was a dang good. The only downside was that it was barbecue of the nouveau Q variety with all the trappings of a higher-end restaurant than my regular BBQ joints. With that came higher prices, but saying that it should not deter anyone from giving it a whirl, especially the brisket. Now that was mighty fine, and I will no doubt go there again. Just remember to treat it like a good steak dinner place, and everything is fine. In fact, I paired mine with a salad and a few brews. Very nice indeed!
