To say the least, this establishment is really SMOKIN!!!. I have been there twice recently, which I can say now is definitely DESTINATION Q! On the first go around, in late October, I had the 16-hour chopped Pork Q sandwich topped with red slaw and red vinegar sauce; on the side were puppies, fried Okra, and some excellent half & half tea. What a delight. I had the same story today, except I substituted the pork for the chopped Brisket with white slaw and sweet Q sauce. Yabba dabba do! This, too, was awesome. I’m unsure which I liked better, but I can tell you the Brisket might be the best I ever had! All I can say is WOW, and hope to get back there soon!
