The 242 anniversary of the pivotal Revolutionary War battle of Cowpens is upon us, and we decided to go for another look see, which turned into a three-mile hike around the site. Lucky for us, a fantastic little burger joint was close by that had its own unique history. The Bantam Chef is a throwback to the 50’s and even has a small museum containing an old Studebaker, BMW, and other assorted items. The menu is extensive, and has the expected burgers and other like-minded sandwiches. Also, there is a good many meat and three options. Believe you me, there is something for everyone here. I opted for a pretty much loaded Bantam Chef Burger, Rings, and H&H. It was a delight! You, too need to stop and rock this one around the clock. You want be disappointed!
