After biking, I was famished and wanted something special for my Wednesday adventure. I had wanted to try a new Korean place that was close to the homestead and trail. Glad I did. Had a big bowl of Bulgogi Japchae. Which is beef with rice, noodles, and some intermixed veggies. Asked for half/half tea and got bottled tea and lemonade. So much for the translation. Didn’t really matter cause all was good, and the service was excellent. Not sure if I can get my better half to give this place a try, but I will certainly be back!

(I stuck close to home this week and took in the lower half of the Sugar Creek greenway for the “Adventure” ride. I got in close to 35, meandering back and forth. Incredible how this creek has been reclaimed from the pollution. Now fish and egrets… see the photo. Also, I got in a bit of sightseeing before my above feast at Joa. I stopped at the James K Polk, 11th president of the ole USA,  birthplace, and cooled off while walking through the museum. I also did a tour of the 18th-century on-site homestead by the fantastic tour guide, Michelle, who really knew her stuff. I suggest you stop here for a look-see if you are in the vicinity.)
