Dandy Doug and I made the trek to Spindale to do a little biking on the Thermal Trail. I was planning to give my new Rockhopper Comp a test run. Not that this was a technical trail by any means, but basically greenways are all my poor back can handle at this point. You think? Quite an interesting ride and I would say this trail is not exactly ready for prime time. Half of it was like a fire road in the park with large rocks, however, when completed this will no doubt be a fine ride. Until then, I will wait for the real thing. Anyway after biking Dandy and I always look for a good BBQ stop. Thought about waiting it out and grabbing Bridges in Shelby, but decided we need some exploration Q. So we stopped off at Fat Tracy’s. Glad we did. Had the pork sandwich with the pictured sides. All was good and would certainly do it again when I am in the neighborhood. Hope you will too!
