KC twisted my arm and got me to go to this place and I am glad I did. As a good Q place should be this joint is situated in a country setting in what looks like a converted gas station. Trucks abound in the parking lot. If you have read my reviews you know my apprehensiveness of eating pork ribs, but have no fear these are the real deal! No doubt these are the best doggone ribs I have ever had! They were what appeared dry ribbed baby backs that somewhat thicker than normal. You could add sauce, but personally I thought it took away from taste. Why mess with perfection. Mine were served with fries and a slice of bread and of course good old half and half tea. Just the right amount of food. Don’t know about the rest of the menu, but the ribs were awesome. If you plan to go, you better call ahead and make sure they are cooking the ribs. Also, better get there early or they will be sold out in a jiffy!
