Sandwich, Collards, Jalapeno Grits, and Tea | There are two 12 Bones in the Asheville area. Both are probably the best Q in the area The one reviewed here is the Arden site. Place is a converted gas station with a youngster atmosphere and microbrew offerings. Sandwich was pulled pork with slaw on top. Good many types of sauces to top, Tomatoe, Vinegar, Mustard, and Jalapeno (quite interesting). After a quick sampling I mixed the tomatoe one with vinegar whiched worked perferectly. Sandwich was quite tasty. Collards were good and the Jalapeno Grits were excellent. This is must stop when I head to Asheville and beyond |
