We left for our adventure on a hotter-than-hot Sunday to the Truckalina coast in search of history and ancestorial research. As you know, Sunday is not usually a very good day for hunting up barbecue nor deceased relatives in the heat for that matter. Luckily we were able to find a Q target around the lunch hour. It was the HBC and glad we did! Did the usual, of sandwich, pups, and H&H. Also, added in some fried Okra. The Q was more or less Eastern style with white slaw and was tasty. In fact so was the rest of the feast. Not sure I will get back there again, but hope you will!
