Met Henri LeCue near his homestead at this bodacious BBQ restaurant called Tickle My Ribs. Let me tell you, it does at that! This was not my first rodeo here, but this time around, I was opting for something different. On the other outings, I had excellent sandwiches of the pork variety. But this time around, I zeroed in on the brisket. Now let it be written and let it be told this brisket and slaw on a bun was some fine eating. I had some sizzling fried okra to accompany along with some wonderful half&half. Wow, what a feast. I can’t wait to go again. So I suggest you give it a whirl, cause I am sure you will be tickled pink!
