Hey, I like upstate BBQ versus the middlings and low country. They usually do not saturate it with mustard sauce. Not that I really mind, but sometimes change is good. In Henry’s case you get to choose your own medicine. I like this place. Good Q and reasonable sides. (Note that there are two other locations, but this the one I always eat at. However, the others are open on Sunday….something to think about; at least for the traveler)
