Feature of the Day

On our last night in the Big Easy, we headed down the street and had a lighter fare at the Cochon Butcher. Well I thought, it was going to be light, but ended up getting the huge, tasty muffuletta. It was packed with all sorts of assorted charcuterie meats and topped with that wonderful olive salad and provolone cheese. All warmly heated on somewhat lighter-than-expected bread. Washed it down with an excellent Paradise lager.  Nothing can be finer for our last night dining experience.  Well, not quite last because I had the other half on the long journey home the next day!
